Founding Partner of Ainsley Advisory Group, a healthcare AI advisory firm supporting a broad portfolio of venture-backed technology companies on go-to-market strategy, enterprise deployment, and health system adoption. Former Chief AI Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer for Kaiser Permanente’s Washington, D.C. region, where she led large-scale AI deployments and digital innovation initiatives to improve provider workflows and patient outcomes. Dr. MacLean founded the Permanente AI Center of Excellence, advised on Kaiser Permanente’s first national AI strategy, and served as a member of Kaiser Permanente Ventures. She currently serves in advisory roles across the healthcare AI ecosystem, including as Senior Medical Advisor to Rad AI and on the Advisory Boards of Arbiter, HITLAB, and the Silverstein Dream Foundation. She is also a member of the Frist Cressey Ventures Collective, an Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale University, and an affiliate investor with SignalFire. A Harvard-trained neuroradiologist who remains in clinical practice, she brings deep clinical and academic expertise to ensure AI-driven innovation remains grounded in real-world care delivery.

Sufian Chowdhury

Founder and CEO of Kinetik, the nation’s only AI-powered digital infrastructure for non-emergency medical transportation, which has processed over $1 billion in rides across 20 states. A serial entrepreneur and investor, he has raised over $50 million across multiple healthcare technology companies and brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare AI, financial engineering, and infrastructure technology. He also serves as a guest lecturer in entrepreneurship at Columbia University and the National University of Singapore.

Arthur Kapoor, MBA

An entrepreneur and technology innovator with more than 30 years of experience building financial, clinical, and operational platforms across the healthcare industry. He is the founder and leader of HealthEC, where he has driven the development of enterprise solutions for healthcare financial transactions, clinical data exchange, and population health management, with a focus on actionable analytics and seamless connectivity across payers and providers. A pioneer in interoperability and population health technology, he has founded and scaled multiple successful healthcare companies. He serves on several boards, including the Board of Overseers at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is actively engaged in philanthropic efforts to expand access to healthcare globally.

Six-time Chief Financial Officer with over $720 million in completed debt and equity financings, including initial capitalizations and public offerings, and a track record leading mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and EBITDA improvement initiatives. Currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of DrFirst, a national healthcare SaaS company, where he has secured over $370 million in institutional financing from firms including Goldman Sachs, TPG/Sixth Street, Macquarie, and Bregal Sagemount. During his tenure, tender offers and financing initiatives have generated 24x equity returns for early investors. 

Darshan Prabhu, MBA

Healthcare-focused investor, operator, and board member with over two decades of experience across private equity, public markets, investment banking, and operating leadership. Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Snaipr Capital, a Singapore-based investment firm overseeing a global investment strategy across public equities, private capital, fixed income, and commodities, with primary exposure to the United States and Asia. Previously a founding team member and partner at Whistler Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm with over $1 billion in assets under management, and earlier a Managing Director at Starr Investment Holdings, where he co-led the firm’s healthcare strategy and oversaw approximately $1.5 billion of deployed capital. Tyler Berzin, MD, FASGE, FACG

Clinical Advisor

Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Maintains a full-time clinical practice in gastroenterology and interventional endoscopy. Internationally recognized researcher and innovator in GI endoscopy, with over 200 peer-reviewed publications and chapters in leading journals including The Lancet, NEJM, Gut, and Nature Biomedical Engineering, and a pioneering body of work in artificial intelligence for endoscopy that led to some of the earliest U.S. and international trials in computer-aided polyp detection and subsequent FDA approvals. Serves as teaching faculty for the Harvard–MIT Program in Health Sciences and Technology and advises medical device companies, digital health startups, and investment firms.

Joanna MacLean, MD

Harvard-trained psychiatrist and Director of Women’s Behavioral Medicine at Brown University Health, and Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Human Behavior, and Medicine. Dr. MacLean’s work focuses on women’s mental health across the reproductive years and the integration of behavioral health into primary care and obstetric settings. She serves on the national task force on women’s reproductive mental health.
