Who we are
Ainsley Capital (“AC Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private investment adviser regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit ainsleycaptial.com (the “Site”) or contact us. This Policy does not alter any fund or advisory agreements.
Information we collect
From the Site and Contact page
- Identifiers and contact details you submit (e.g., name, email, phone, company, role, and message).
- Internet/technical data automatically collected by our hosting and analytics tools (e.g., IP address, general location inferred from IP, device/browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and referrers).
- Cookies and similar technologies used for Site operation and analytics (see “Cookies & analytics”).
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed to them.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site; respond to inquiries; and communicate with you.
- Legal, regulatory, accounting, and audit requirements; fraud prevention; and protection of our rights.
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law (e.g., security/compliance).

How to control cookies. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some Site features may not function as intended. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, vendor diligence, least-privilege access, and incident response). No system is perfectly secure.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including regulatory/recordkeeping requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements, and then delete or de-identify it consistent with our policies and applicable law.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Tip: Please do not include sensitive numbers (e.g., full SSN or account numbers) in the Contact form message. If we need additional details to verify your identity, we’ll let you know.

- Sources: you (forms) and your device (cookies/analytics).
- Purposes: Site operation, security, and analytics; responding to inquiries.
- Retention: as described under “Data retention.”
- Sale/Sharing: we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Sensitive personal information: used only for permitted purposes (e.g., security/compliance).
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses) with our processors.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows when changes were made. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where legally required, we will provide additional notice.
